A bright canary-yellow wrasse that brings bold color and constant activity to a reef tank. Juveniles have a black eyespot on the dorsal fin that fades with age. A fantastic all-around reef fish.

Care Notes

Very hardy and easy to keep. Requires a sand bed of at least 2 inches for sleeping. Cover the tank — it will jump. Excellent pest controller for flatworms and pyramidellid snails.

Feeding

Frozen mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, and quality marine pellets. Eager eater that rarely refuses food.
