One of the most beautiful angelfish with alternating vertical bands of orange-yellow, white, and blue. Notoriously difficult to acclimate, with specimens from the Indian Ocean and Red Sea adapting better to captivity than Pacific ones.

Care Notes
Requires pristine water quality and a well-established tank with plenty of live rock for grazing on sponges and tunicates. Acclimation is the hardest part; once settled, they become hardier.
Feeding
Sponge-based angelfish preparations, marine algae, mysis shrimp, and enriched brine shrimp. Multiple small feedings daily.
