Needs plenty of live rock with caves to hide in. A deep-water species that prefers subdued lighting initially. Generally more reef-safe than other Centropyge species.

Feeding

Spirulina, marine algae, mysis shrimp, and angelfish preparations. Grazes on live rock between feedings.
