Care Notes

Requires extremely soft, acidic blackwater conditions — pH below 5.5, nearly zero hardness. Heavy tannin staining from botanicals essential. Species tank recommended.

Feeding

Live and frozen micro foods: baby brine shrimp, daphnia, micro worms. Rarely accepts dry food.
