Care Notes

Paternal mouthbrooder — males carry eggs and fry. Keep in pairs or small groups. Prefers soft, acidic water with leaf litter and driftwood. Relatively easy for a wild betta.

Feeding

Small frozen foods, live baby brine shrimp, daphnia, and high-quality micro pellets.
